Zak is proud to be a third-generation Realtor from the Cooper family. Born and raised in White Rock/South Surrey, Zak has a high level of local knowledge of the Semiahmoo Peninsula and surrounding area. He was the proud recipient of the HomeLife Benchmark Realty White Rock's “Rookie of the Year” award for 2019. He takes pride in being a team player and has represented White Rock/South Surrey on various hockey and rugby teams. He also played Junior A hockey in Ontario where dedication, teamwork and drive were expected each and every day. Zak continues to apply those same traits in his career as a Licensed Realtor.
